The Settings section of the LocalSignal App holds the preferences for the Account. You can manage, update and change the following preferences here: User, Notifications, Domains, Email Addresses, Web Capsules, Redirects, and Account Integrations.


Users can be added to each account in the settings of the page. Partners is an agency or contractor who can provide services on the LocalSignal platform.

User Role

This is the gives basic access to the website. Users have the ability to:

  • Edit content on a website
  • Receive notifications
  • Blog
Admin Role

Admin users can do everything a basic user can do. They also have the ability to:

  • Manage billing information
  • Subscriptions

Once connected, Partners have access to everything on a Client Account. Partners help clients manage and develop their websites.


Admin Users and Partners can modify the notifications that each user receives. 


Manage the domains associated with the Client Account.

Web Capsules

LocalSignal Web Capsules contain all of your website's data. 

Each Web Capsule has it's own:

  • Sitemap
  • Assets
  • Panels
  • Forms
  • Media
  • Menus
  • Settings


LocalSignal displays a compiled list of all of the website's current redirects. 

URL redirection is a World Wide Web technique for making a web page available under more than one URL address. When a web browser attempts to open a URL that has been redirected, a page with a different URL is opened.

LocalSignal redirects can be created by the app automatically or manually by a user.


LocalSignal integration settings can be managed in the Integrations menu. Google Analytics is the most common integration for users to set-up.
