Website Sitemap & Pages

LocalSignal displays a website's pages in sitemap form.  The sitemap documents the pages on a website organized in hierarchical fashion.

LocalSignal Pages use panels as building blocks for a web page. Panels can be used across multiple pages. Depending on how the panel is coded, it will feature editable areas. The LocalSignal CMS attributes and values control what content is editable on the page.

Page Layouts

Layout allows you to edit which panels are used on a page. This means rearranging, adding, or deleting panels.
Warning: Removing panels from a layout with data causes the data to be deleted.

Store Panel Layout

LocalSignal has a Store Panel Layout feature that allows developers to save a page’s panel layout in order to be applied across multiple pages.

Apply Panel Layout

The Apply Panel Layout feature utilizes Stored Panel Layouts to set up new pages. You can only Apply Panel Layouts to pages that do not currently hold any panels.

Content Editor

The content of a LocalSignal website is editable in the specific page. LocalSignal developers code the panels in a specific way so the fields can be edited in the Page Content Editor.
